Because of the vision of its chairman H.E. Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasim Al-Thani and the vast International & regional experiences of its management and staff; DAR is ranked as on the top of the property developers in Qatar.
 
The R&D department of DAR is working very hard to produce new and state-of-art projects to the market for all type of customers; Citizens, Expatriates and International Investors. On the other hand, the commercial department is working on producing financing solutions with the Islamic and conventional financing institution in Qatar to reach all type of customers' financial tools.

Organizational Structure:

  • The organizational structure consists of 5 main administrations where each has its own divisions and units. All administrations are controlled by three main directors: the Board, the Executive President and the General Manager. The basic decisions are taken by the board of executives
 
 
The function structure:
  • The function structure is basically built on the organization one where all vacancies are clear.
  • Every department manager is responsible to point out the job description of each division in his / her department.
  • All department managers are performing the duties description of each department that the communicative system required.
